Mailout Update - When Will I Receive My Passes for 2022?

Mailout is well underway and proceeding as normal for those who have physical passes (MULTI-DAY PASSES ONLY)! You will receive tracking information once your order is prepped, then another confirmation once the order ships. Keep an eye on your mailboxes!

The *wristband* notice applies ONLY to youth wristbands. Other multi-day passes will come programmed on an RFID card.

Existing Ticketholders 2020/2021:

Whether you decided to transfer over your tickets from 2020/2021, or you purchased your passes more recently - We THANK YOU for your continued support and we can’t wait to welcome you back to LeBreton Flats Park.

*NEW for 2022 - All day passes will be fulfilled digitally (Digital Print Pass)!
All previously purchased day passes were sent to emails on June 1! These can be scanned directly from your phone, or you can print them before arriving at the festival.

If your ticket order includes only day passes, you will receive a refund for the originally charged mailing fee.

Once this refund has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent directly from Front Gate Tickets. Please keep an eye out for this email.

Previous orders that include day passes + full festival and/or multi-day passes will not be refunded a mailing fee, as your passes will still be sent via mail.

All full festival and multi-day passes will be mailed on a rolling basis, beginning in June this year.

New Purchasers 2022:

Day Passes/Digital Print Pass

You will receive your digital tickets to your email immediately after completing your purchase. If you did not receive your receipt and tickets, then there may have been an error in your email address when purchasing. Double-check your records and reach out to Front Gate Tickets to update your account, if required.

All full festival and multi-day passes purchased prior to the cut-off date, (late June) are mailed out on a rolling basis in June each year.

If you live outside of Canada and you're coming to visit, your order will be available for pickup at our Will Call tent.

If for some reason your purchase was not delivered prior to the festival, you can pick up your order when you arrive at our Box Office/Will Call tent. Please bring photo ID and your FGT order number.
