RBC Bluesfest is proud to support local charitable causes that enrich the community we live and work in. We are a registered non-profit charity with event proceeds going toward music education.
Our ticket donation program is intended to assist local charities with their fundraising efforts, such as silent auction items. Door prizing, staff rewards, giveaways, personal fundraising, and other uses are not permitted. We prefer to donate directly to a charity versus a third-party fundraiser, but will make exceptions in cases where the event’s prominence and charitable impact are demonstrated.
Requests are prioritized based on the following:
- benefit to the the community as a whole
- alignment with our strategic objectives and mission statement
- partner causes/organizations
- community development and youth
- diversity and inclusion
