Feeling ready for CityFolk 2019? We can't wait to welcome you to the fest! Here's a quick refresher on what you need to know before you go...

Tickets - get 'em now

Got tickets? Don't forget to download mobile tickets to your device, or print your PrintPasses before you arrive at the festival. Each ticket arrives in a separate email, so this saves time at the gate!

How to:  Download Mobile Tickets

How to: Resend Digital Tickets From Your Account

Pro tip: if you order multiple tickets, you may only see 1 email appear in the Gmail app.  To find the other ticket[s], search for "Front Gate Tickets" and you should see all your tickets and receipt. If you do not have any emails but purchased a ticket, please contact us.

Directions:  we always suggest arriving early so you can grab a bite to eat, explore the park, and get settled in for the main event! Please factor in extra travel time and consider alternative modes of transportation besides personal vehicles. You can even catch Marvest shows on the bus this year!

Did you know? OC Transpo is included with every paid ticket. Ride three hours before gates open and three hours after the last City Stage headliner ends. Show your pass to board the bus or use video chat to obtain POP for the LRT.

How to: get to Lansdowne Park

How to: plan your OC Transpo trip

Use our handy valet bike park to keep your bike safe and sound!

At the gate: remember, the festival is held in Lansdowne Park BEHIND TD Place stadium. Here is a site map showing how to enter the event. The main gate is located outside Aberdeen Pavilion, by the west-facing doors.

Please have your tickets ready before entering. For mobile tickets, please set your phone to maximum brightness and ensure the barcode is clearly visible on the screen. Hold your phone at least six inches away from the ticket scanner.

Security - search our handy list of what to bring and what not to bring here.

Did you know? Small bags, lawn chairs, empty refillable water bottles (or factory-sealed non-glass beverages) and cameras without removable lenses are permitted.

Please don't bring: oversized bags, illicit substances, glass containers, pro camera equipment, your pets, and other non-festival-appropriate items.

Inside The Park

Did you know: vendors accept cash, credit, and debit. Artist and festival merch will be available, along with fun stuff like our silent auction, 50/50 draw, and more!

All beer tents have the same products and pricing! Check it out in advance at the link.
