July 9 - FESTIVAL CLOSED - the site is closed and will re-open July 10.
Start Times
The box office opens at 4 PM on festival weeknights and 3 PM on festival weekends. This is now located north of Gate 1 at the corner of Booth and Sir John A. MacDonald Parkway (Google Maps, pictorial map). Accepted methods of payment: Interac debit, all major credit cards, cash.
The will call tent is where you can pick up pre-ordered and guest list tickets. This opens at 3 PM on all festival days. The tent is located beside the box office. You will need to bring a piece of government-issued ID with your address (and for purchased tickets, the credit card used to make the purchase).
Advance pickup will also be available at will call on July 4 from 2PM-6PM. You may also pick up general admission (not parking or VIP) tickets in advance at outlets - see Outlet Information for details.
Gates open at about 5 PM on weeknights and 3 PM on weekends. Programming begins at about 6:00 PM on weeknights and 3:30 PM on weekends.
End Time
The festival ends at or about 11 PM nightly. Patrons are asked to exit the grounds then so cleaning and maintenance can commence.
Box office and will call close at about 10:00 PM nightly.
If you purchase a General Admission pass, your viewing pleasure will be on a first come/first serve basis. The earlier you arrive, the better your chances are of being close to the stage.
